Hello

For over 20 years, I have supported youth and families as they navigate crises, trauma, violence, systemic barriers, and complex health needs. My work has included a focus on sexual and reproductive health, HIV care coordination, case management, harm reduction, anti-trafficking prevention, mental health promotion, and support for newcomers.

I have developed programs from the ground up, led teams through uncertainty, and provided support for youth and families during their most challenging moments. I bring a steady and grounded presence shaped by lived experience, professional training, and a strong commitment to equity and dignity.
